And I'll just paste it here too ;D
----------------------------------
At the Nintendo E3 2005 Press Conference in Los Angeles, Nintendo president and Super Smash Bros. producer Satoru Iwata confirmed that the next Smash Bros. game will be a launch title for Revolution and will boast free online play. The important specifications and features of the Revolution were not released. However, the system will have 512 MB of onboard flash memory, an SD card slot, wireless controllers, two GameCube memory card slots, and four GameCube controller ports. It will be able to connect to a standard television or an HDTV or computer monitor for high-resolution gaming.
All three Smash Bros. games will actually be playable on Revolution. Super Smash Bros. Melee can be played using the GameCube disc while the original Super Smash Bros. can be downloaded along with every other Nintendo console game ever released. Apparently, GameCube games will also be downloadable but specifics as to where they will be stored were not disclosed. Nintendo has not decided on a pricing structure for downloadable games. As GameCube games will not fit on the system's 512 MB of internal flash memory or most SD cards it is possible that a hard drive attachment may be released.
---------------------------
So yeah, my faith in Nintendo may just survive. It's 3:24 AM and I'm happy as a fag under a rainbow. I imagine seeing major problems with file sharing the downloadable games but oh well.
THANKS TO THE REVOLUTION,
RICOCHET X WILL BE BOOMING IN BUSINESS!
