Centuries ago, in a galaxy far away. A rivalry began between the two greatest heroes of Corneria. Fox McCloud, and Falco .. Rodreguiz.
Yes, a battle that went on for millions of years. But in the end, who is victorious!? Could it be Fox, with his slightly more powerful move set and fast HP burning laser!? Or would it be Falco? With his slight advantage of speed, among his short jump laser with a attack power which stuns the enemy!? With almost identical move sets, could they infact be an even match.
Vote now or forever be damned to the bowels of having no opinion!

i HATE to admit it but i call on falco lambardi (thats his real last name) because i was owned more by a falco then i ever was by a fox...to tell the truth i'm on a 1/4 winning record with seans falco (that or 1/6) and i've only lost to a fox 2 times even in both smash bros. games

Actually, i would go with fox. Fox has more advantages than Falco
Fox- chainthrows/ an inescapable near death combo, aerial game, the shine, speed, better recovery
Falco- the huge downthrow chainthrow, shinecombos, better spike, hop lasers
Each has some of their own advantages, but Fox is still better vs. falco, mainly because of his combos and shine

...they can both shine, trust me. I've been a victim to a 10 shine combo from sean before (sum1 else helped him pull it off with 5 of their own shines) but it sucked...badly. Another thing you have to factor in is that falco is slightly heavier than Fox, therefore making him need to recover less (if i kept going i could turn this into a falco win)

= / *shakes head and sighs*.. fox's shine kills falcos recovery, also fox and falco fall near the same, but fox is slightly heavier.. that is how falco can get his chainthrows on fox

umm I've knocked plenty of fox's and falco's around in practice and with Marth's sword. I've found that falco goes SLIGHTLY less distance than fox does

Fox's recovery goes MUCH farther. Test it on training. That extra didstance really makes a difference.
Also, Falco's reflector doesn't shine. It hits people upward and allows you to combo them. It works best if you do a reflector cancel. (Jumping out of the reflector as soon as you use it)
A shine is using Fox's reflector to hit people left or right and knock reflect them off the stage with it.

But it tends to get useless fast because its easily recoverable from, falco u can combo and combo untill they "fall" from going too high and die

Who's? Fox? Not when your against someone who does the infinite combo. Really hard to do, but it can really mess someone up.

I chose Fox, hands down. He's now my main character. Spikes are impressive, infinite combo is beyond awesome and, the way a player can shine the reflector to increase the duration of their combos and damage dealing, is great. Falco is good too, but for some reason, it feels like his attacks and moves aren't a fluid as Fox's. It might just be me, but that's how I feel on the subject. Today, the Crew is gathering for our (usually) weekly practices, so we will see how well my Fox has come along.

i still like falco better. his gun has impact, instead of damage build. then again, it is a matter of opinion.

actually, i like them both equally but i think falco can be more dangerous (until i see a fox player that beat sean) i will go with falco, oh and sean can u see ANY future in my falco skills as a secondary character?
